A Club member may reserve the Ballroom or private dining rooms without charge for a private function such as a reception, lunch, tea, dinner or dance subject to the following conditions:
Reservations must be made through the Club Manager or his designee.
The Club’s catering service must be used. The only outside catering service permitted are for wedding cakes.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age during such events.

Non-member functions must be sponsored by a Member. The member will be responsible for the behavior of those attending the event, and all charges incurred, including but not limited to food, beverage, entertainment, decorating and damages.
